Before representing you in any employment matter, we need to fully understand the details of your case. To do so, we will conduct a thorough assessment and collect all relevant information. Based on this, we will provide you honest and clear advice.
We understand that facing dismissal or suspension is a difficult and stressful time, and financial concerns may arise. Once we have reviewed all the information, we will discuss your situation with you and recommend the best course of action.
We do not charge you directly for our services and will seek to recover our fees from your employer. However if your case goes to the Authority or Employment Court there is a possibility that costs could be awarded against you if your case should be unsuccessful. We will keep you informed of any legal risks throughout the process.
